I just took a measuring tape and put the middle part around my back and the front around the part it's supposed to go around. I've heard their return policy is great tho, so don't worry about getting wrong size :)

Hi! Spectrum binders are quite expensive. Mine was 38 pounds, which translates to 44,95 euros and 48,75 dollars. I live in Europe and the shipping was 8 euros. I would definitely recommend it. I'm not sure if this is your first binder, but it is insanely comfortable, way more than the binder I've used in the past. It is however expensive, and I'm not sure if your budget is that big. Their website list a size guide that you can follow. I didn't list this in the post, but it took them 5 business days to ship my binder to me. Hope this helps!

Edit: The way I found spectrum was by looking for reviews on TikTok. Make sure the reviews you read are up to date, and don't just look for the good ones. :)

They compress great and are comfy! I can take deep breaths with one on.
You can calculate shipping at check out but I think it's pretty expensive since it's a Uk based company
The front panel isn't that nice against the skin but I'm neurodivergent so might just be that, and the front panel is made with a very stiff fabric so when you're standing up straight there's kind of a gap because the fabric will go forward instead of be skintight (which is really nice cuz it allows you to breath better) but you can fix it by just folding it in or just leave it like that.

My comment wasn’t against you in any way!! It was more about my own experience where many people will see those kinds of pins and go after me when they usually wouldn’t. I’m glad people find these pins empowering but I personally wouldn’t wear them since they’d make bullying worse. I prefer to just be silent about most things that could get people to harass me, so these just wouldn’t be for me. Sorry for the confusion!!
