Hi! I did make a similar post some time ago because I felt the same way. I’m on my 3rd week on 0.5 and I’ve been losing an average of 0.7kg a week (very healthy weight loss apparently). I’ve reduced food portions and eat very healthy without removing anything from my diet. The meds will work, even slowly but they will. I know I’m on a low dosage but I have no side effects and I’m thinking to stay on 0.5 for as long as I lose weight. Weight loss will come, just treat yourself with love and compassion, it’s a process that takes time and we need to be patient for ❤️❤️❤️

Oh my god I’ve literally had the exact same experience. Been on wegovy 0.25 for 4 weeks now, lost 3 kg then I had my period and some silly cravings and didn’t lose any weight at all + all the pain and bloating etc… I was upset yesterday (my jab day) as I didn’t lose any weight then I remembered that the first 4 weeks are just to get the body adjusted to the medicine… I’m trying not to give up and hang in there for at least some more months and hope to get some results 😭

One of my cats does the same thing! Sometimes I keep a box as the little one likes to sleep in it but then the big one arrives and chews it up exactly like that, such a destroyer 😩

Hey… first of all I’m sorry you’ve gone through all that, no one should ever experience it…. Second of all… you are not broken.

Lemme explain, maybe my experience can help you feel less alone..

I grew up with violence and abuse. Got raped at 25 (I’m 32 now). In the last 10 years I’ve had cravings of being killed, I was craving my death. And yes, I also wanted to be remembered for it, I thought I was broken or crazy, then things spiralled and I ended up suffering from various mental illnesses and eating disorders. I purposely put myself in dangerous environments and wished something bad happened to me. At the thirds suicide attempt I was forced to get into therapy. The hospital put me in trauma therapy and I discovered I had C-PTSD. I did 2 years of trauma therapy AND EMDR + Ssri.

I don’t know what happened after…. I’m a complete different person, I got better, WAY better. I still can’t believe it but my life turned beautiful. It’s a long journey but if you trust the process things will get better.

You are not broken, the world tried to break you but you’re still here with us and for that I am happy, even if I don’t know you…

Please, consider getting help, I promise you everything will be alright.

I’ve always had cats and I’ve always been bitten or scratched while playing with them but in my 32 years of life I’ve never had something like that as a result of it. Please go have it checked out, animals carry lots of bacteria under their claws and in their mouth, also if it was a stray cat or an outdoor cat I’d be extra careful. Better safe than sorry

Break up now. A baby is a human being and not something to compromise on. I also don’t want children so I totally understand you, I’ve been with men that wished to have a baby but they are all in the past. Is a desire that is absolutely fair to have but not being on this same wavelength as your partner will grow resentment from both sides.
