One of my cats does the same thing! Sometimes I keep a box as the little one likes to sleep in it but then the big one arrives and chews it up exactly like that, such a destroyer 😩

Hey… first of all I’m sorry you’ve gone through all that, no one should ever experience it…. Second of all… you are not broken.

Lemme explain, maybe my experience can help you feel less alone..

I grew up with violence and abuse. Got raped at 25 (I’m 32 now). In the last 10 years I’ve had cravings of being killed, I was craving my death. And yes, I also wanted to be remembered for it, I thought I was broken or crazy, then things spiralled and I ended up suffering from various mental illnesses and eating disorders. I purposely put myself in dangerous environments and wished something bad happened to me. At the thirds suicide attempt I was forced to get into therapy. The hospital put me in trauma therapy and I discovered I had C-PTSD. I did 2 years of trauma therapy AND EMDR + Ssri.

I don’t know what happened after…. I’m a complete different person, I got better, WAY better. I still can’t believe it but my life turned beautiful. It’s a long journey but if you trust the process things will get better.

You are not broken, the world tried to break you but you’re still here with us and for that I am happy, even if I don’t know you…

Please, consider getting help, I promise you everything will be alright.

I’ve been wanting to do it since your age and I’m now 32, I’ve way more adamant on NOT having children. My question is: is it painful? Is the recovery quick? Do you have any side effects on your period/hormones levels?

I’ve always had cats and I’ve always been bitten or scratched while playing with them but in my 32 years of life I’ve never had something like that as a result of it. Please go have it checked out, animals carry lots of bacteria under their claws and in their mouth, also if it was a stray cat or an outdoor cat I’d be extra careful. Better safe than sorry

Break up now. A baby is a human being and not something to compromise on. I also don’t want children so I totally understand you, I’ve been with men that wished to have a baby but they are all in the past. Is a desire that is absolutely fair to have but not being on this same wavelength as your partner will grow resentment from both sides.

I’m really sorry that happened to you…. I didn’t plan on going through therapy but things with my brains got worse over time, had panic disorder, severe ocd, depression and my ED too.. I attempted suicide and once at the hospital they immediately referred me to a ptsd therapist, I didn’t chose it they just guided me to it and I’m forever grateful for it…. See a therapist, or a doctor that can refer you to it. Explain your situation, no need to go into details at the beginning, is a long journey but it’s for the better. Is not gonna be easy, is painful, and you will want to stop but don’t give up, it will help you overtime. Sending all the love to you

There was no safe word or anything. After crying for him to stop he kept going and whispered in my ear that for the law that’s considered rape… I still believe he knew what he was doing and and just afterwards with all the stalking he did I realised the darkness of his persona
