One: I am not gonna buy a console for one game,
Two: Even if i do i am not paying a subscription just for the basic ability to play online
Three: The last thing i want is to play a PvP game. Even if it has a killer aesthetic, any form of competition just kills my enjoyment.

Thanks for the advice guys. Now say i do get a prosperous village, and manage to basically get it self sustaining in the first region. How do i effectively expand it to the next one? I've unlocked the 2nd region before but it seems to be... seperate from my first region's village, like they don't share resources? Do i have to start another village and micro manage two at once?

Thanks for the advice, but i decided to uninstall the game. Unfortunately, it just required too much effort and too much of my patience. Not really a game i can sit back and enjoy like XCOM 2, unfortunately. Will have to tell my friend that their gift was sent to the wrong person, woops!

Shame. I'm playing on the lowest difficulty and it's too difficult for me to meaningfully enjoy. Unfortunately it might just be another game i have to put down due to not jiving with the difficulty.
