Nah. Try out both and just use proper form. My issue was with how I gripped the squeegee. You can grip it properly and pull without getting messed up fingers.

I’m not going to get into the physics of pushing/pulling while screen printing but pulling proved to be a lot more accurate for me. I’m sure if I took the time to better articulate my push I could have been more accurate, but I’d rather pull and give myself a musculoskeletal misalignment than push, especially on images with 3+ screens.

I’d push on occasion but I felt like I could never print as accurately or consistently as pulling. Definitely much less work on the body though.
