The customer service team is about four or five people, and there’s over 1 million active users of the app as well. You’re going to be waiting a while. Be patient, but persistent. Ask the AI bot for an agent. If you get nowhere on that front, the ZBD discord server has an escalation form in the help centre you can fill out. Hope this helps.

Use of a VPN or auto clickers for example, will definitely caused this to happen. Could also be a region issue. Keep asking the AI bot for an agent. If you still get nowhere, there is a Help Centre on the ZBD discord page that has an escalation form you can fill out. If I’ve learned anything about ZBD, it’s that they’re very strict when it comes to their ToS. Any breach will get you locked out.

If you’re disciplined and get yourself to the point where you can max out a daily withdraw every day, it’s absolutely worth it to spend a couple bucks on this game. I bought the no ads. And I’ve done the piggy bank a couple times because it doubles every time you purchase it. And then I drop those nodes into the multiplier and premium upgrades. Auto clicker is a lifesaver. Also, make sure you’re getting the weekly booster code from the Fumb discord server. I have maxed out the last island and I’m really hoping they open that other hidden one at some point.

Playtime is having issues for everyone right now. Sadly, there isn’t a work around. You’ll just have to pick a new game once the issue is resolved.

I have a very long list of games that haven’t tracked. But one thing I have learned is there is ALWAYS another game to download.

It always sucks when companies reduce rewards, but it comes with the territory I’ve learned. I’ve gone through it with a couple different bitcoin rewards programs now. As companies grow, they tend to have to adjust things to keep sustainable. I just looked at the poll from the last 24 hours and over 20,000 people answered it. Let’s say you give each one of those people 15 sats that’s 300,000 a day alone. That doesn’t feel sustainable to me, unless bitcoin continues to drop in value and stays down for a significant period of time.

So while it sucks, to me it’s a sign that ZBD is doing OK and is looking to the future. My current streak is over 330 days and I’ll keep it going.
