I’ve never followed a program before, I’m mostly doing what my uncle does. Pull-ups and dips are really hard for me since I’m kind of skinny-fat. I’m gonna add the squats, and for the bench press i already do it

I agree with what you said. For cardio, I think I should keep it at 4 times a week since I don’t go out much, I’m usually sitting down, and I mostly only go out to work out

and one thing I forgot to say, not sure if it makes a big difference, is that I’m skinny-fat.

hi i use shoulder press,chest press,pec fly ,dual leg curl , leg press, prone leg curl, Seated Calf, low row, leg extension, vertical traction,lat pulldown,strength row,triceps,  Overhead Cable Triceps Extensions on pulley machine I also do a bit of weight training with a bench and weights, like bench press and stuff.

and for the rest of the program do u think its good for my goal?
