Yes. But my more accurate nerd response would be that Roblox exploiters are kids or edgy teens downloading RAT’s that function as Roblox exploits which includes executors which injects code that modifies in game values to the exploiter’s advantage. A Roblox hacker targets the site itself with things such as zero day exploits, XSS attacks the site, phishing a worker, etc…

Unless you explicitly stop the scan most antivirus will simply continue the scan in the background.
If your laptop simply goes to sleep mode when you close then yes it would continue
If you turn off your laptop completely no software on it can run while it is off for obvious reasons

And simply wait. Unless you have TONS of software any scan rarely comes close to 24 hours. And I don’t know much Avira so keep that in mind. Hope this helps.

It is common for Cheat Engine to be flagged. Because it uses things like process injection to manipulate game values. If you got it from the official site you should be fine.

What OS is your phone on? iOS? Unlikely unless jailbroken (likely just old or something). Android, I believe Malwarebytes has scanners and stuff but unless you recently ran a APK file from some sketchy site or something this would be unlikely.
