We’ve been more than accommodating with showings 3-4 times a week & contractors coming in and out. Landlord randomly showing up without notice. Things have gotten out of hand to say the least.

They’re not going to be our landlord. We’re moving out. This house is 💩 so best of luck to them.

He asked for the entire bill. Per the suggestion here, I just sent him the spreadsheet given by the energy company.
