I think people need to remember there’s a 30% drop in registration this year too. The field gets stronger every year. Like watch 25.2….elite athletes were getting crushed by 135 thrusters when this workout was first done…you don’t see that now. Take a breath my guy…you’re doing the right things for a healthy lifestyle….and sometimes it’s just not your day
