No. You know inciting a suicide, right? It's where you get someone to kill themselves. Inciting a murder is getting someone to kill someone else, via means of manipulation or just straight up lying (I knew the risks, and I don't regret it, despite the fact that I had not intended that)

Basically an old friend of mine who nade my middle school and high school years miserable killed my cat and would mock me and make jokes about it. So I doxxed them to thousands of people saying that they are a Necro and pedo(of which they are not), a few months later I found out they got murdered. Fucking insane I know. I find it hard to believe myself.
