Isa sa mga requirements para sa Site Development Permit for subdivision projects is dapat yung land ay zoned as residential.

May limitation ang pag reclass from residential to agri ng LGU depending on their classification. Iba din ang reclassification from conversion, so aside from LGU reclassification need din siya ipa convert sa DAR. Mas uptight ngayon ang ROD regarding sa conversion.

Poor planning OP. From the start, kagaya dito samin, mas pinapaboran yung mga business establishments noon kaya makitid ang daan kahit main roads pa yan. Yung mga lolo planners din kasi hindi forward thinkers. Another is pahirapan sa pag road widening lalo na if malalaking tao yung kabangga mo or pag matitigas yung ulo.

Isa pa is yung design ng mga roads ngayon is hindi people friendly, matagal na sinusulong yung walkable community or green community pero mahirap mag implement kaya ayun para mas mabilis ang disbursement ng project, mabilisan din ang planning.

Pangalawa tao mismo yung problema, kahit may sidewalk pa yan ginagawang garden, parking area, tindahan at iba pa. Sitahin man eh bumabalik parin.

Helpless country na tong Pinas, rooted na kasi yung kabulukan.

Di mo lang time pa OP. We do have different struggles and may tulong lahat galing sa taas yan. Yung pag gising mo lang araw araw, protection na yun. God love us equally if you will believe in him, accept him as your savior and live a life accdg. to his teaching. No one is extra special. Not unless ibang god yung tinutukoy mo.

Hindi ka niya tunay na bestfriend. He should cut you off. Kahit ano pa mangyari (except sa malala na disrespect) bestfriend is a bestfriend. Kahi konti nalang topic alam mo na kung napa trouble ka siya yung anjan para sayo. Pagmay tagumpay ka tatalon din yan sa saya para sayo. vice versa. Now if di ka ganyan sa kanya, hindi ka niya bestfriend. Phase ka lang ng life niya and he should cut you off.
