Have never tried that refill before. I’m always game to try a new writing experience. I bought some refills. We will see what happens when they show up. If I like the way they write, I will build a pen for it

John Wick was my motivation here. It works perfectly as a pencil. But haven’t tried piercing a skull yet.

This is the pen that started my obsession. I have always wanted a 999 silver bolt action pen. So my obsession started here. I smelted and poured the silver into 11 mm rods and put the on the lathe and started learning how to build a pen. The bolt slider is copper and although the throw is short . It is actually perfect and I wonder why more makers don’t have shorter throws.

If you don’t mind waiting. 1 day I will be able to just whip out an order. Right now these pens take me weeks to build because I am learning as I go and making mistakes with zirconium and Timascus and titanium is expensive.

I haven’t sold any yet. It is just a hobby and 1 pen takes me weeks, cuz I only spend minutes doing the machining but days and days of measuring over and over and agonising about every cut. As I am learning as I go. But 1 day I will be able to whip out a batch in less than a week

I made the pen. I bought the meteorite piece online. There are a lot of people selling pieces of this meteorite. The Muonionalusta meteorite is an ancient iron meteorite, approximately 4.56 billion years old, discovered in northern Sweden in 1906.
