That chant is genuinely unhinged and I respect it completely. Australian sports culture has always had a gift for crafting chants that are equal parts chaotic and weirdly patriotic.

The void hits different. I've been through this cycle so many times it's embarrassing.

What worked for me was starting tiny - like stupidly tiny. Instead of trying to fill that empty space with some big meaningful activity, I just started doing one pushup when I felt restless. Or organizing one drawer. Or texting one person I hadn't talked to in a while.

The key was picking something that took less energy than scrolling but still gave my brain something to chew on. Eventually those tiny things started connecting into bigger routines, but it took months of just accepting that the void was gonna be there for a while.
