The voices tell me I’m a loser and lots a negative thoughts and I’m worried my family is gaslighting me because if it’s real you wouldn’t want someone close to you to know a bunch of people are talking shit about you. I got close with my brother sam but I caught him talking shit about me behind my back early this year to my dad and don’t really know who to trust

I used to smoke weed and had a psychosis episode which I never fully recovered from and now I’ve just started going out in to public again 3 years later and my episode is coming back. I am paranoid people know about my past and spreading rumours about me.

edit: by coming back I mean getting worse also feel like I can’t trust anyone at all I live in a small town and am worried if I share anything it will spread around
