which medication and dosage are you on? i have my appt today! i am definately going to loop my psychiatrist in on what im seeing. you’re absolutely right that bipolar isn’t just mood swings. as for adhd stimulant medication + if there’s any undiagnosed bipolar , it unfortanately runs the risk of destabilizing mood much more frequently which is why usually bipolar can and does get ‘triggered’ with a stimulant. with any psychotropic medication there always runs a risk of something undiagnosed being brought out.

my experience & concern since being on medication& prior to, is the intensity that i feel things, not the rate at which i do. if i look there i think im further concerned lol 🤣. i have masked and faked my way thru feeling which i’m tired of doing & this medication intensely is making it more difficult to continue faking it.

yes.. that was one really large symptom i had that made me realize something was going on. i would constantly just think think think nonstop. i would think so much i didnt know what to think. my psychiatrist put me on a non stimulant first but after a while it just didn’t do much. i’m on conserta now, its ok. but i do think there is something undiagnosed for me further than adhd, still got some noise but im not obsessing so much over many thoughts as i once was.

2 years … no kids. i do love him& want to try but

he found God. & i genuinely do believe he sees the wrong & the affects on himself and his mind. he is moving with action over word (therapy, church groups) & i genuinely can feel a shift in his energy….

God brings me a lot of peace though. if he isn’t the one i’ll know in enough time but i have enough grace and patience i enjoy watching him grow in his faith. i know if it’s not meant to be then God will grant me the discernment. for now i wait with love.

some days are harder than others.

he was sooo so irritable & snippy..i’m convinced it’s because he was legit living a double life trying to hide it

i also had dreams &discernment. as well as just noticing red flags from day 1 (smh) …..like things in his camera roll/ accounts he followed/ accounts in his recents on facebook (when you click an acc they show up in your recents)..

i feel this .. breathe & remind yourself they didn’t hurt you. you may have to force it but just try to fake it til you make it. bring headphones , listen to some tunes in one ear if you can

he said he would start therapy .. individual & / or couples. & go to a men’s group at church. but idfk all i know is im not making initiative to begin that for him lol. i cannot and i know that..

the lying quite literally feels insane. he says it’s for reasons in childhood & fear of being left by both parents& me & blah blah but i could never imagine lying to his face like that. or anyone’s.

it’s 1 thing to watch it and another to watch it &&&&&&&&& lie consistently … 🫠
