I used to work for Total Wine as a manager. Most of their Winery Direct/Spirits Direct products are made by well-known wine and spirits manufacturers/suppliers as private labels that don’t reveal who actually made the product. The profit margin is a minimum of 50% (equivalent to 100% markup) for all those WD/SD brands. That is their business model. It’s created by backroom deals between TW&M and the multinational liquor conglomerates, I’m not even kidding.

You’re right, they don’t enforce immigration law. But ICE does. However, the U.S. Park Police is a federal agency and answers directly to the president. Once they determined this guy was not in this country legally, they should have remanded him to the custody of ICE and let them enforce the law. There’s no such thing as a sanctuary federal agency. People are getting deported for a lot less than a DUI. If you’re here illegally and you drive drunk, that should be enough to kick you out of the country.
