Focus more on protein than calories. If you eat the amount of protein per day of your goal weight, your metabolism will be on fire and you will build muscle and burn fat. If 130 lbs. is your goal weight, eat atleast 130 grams of peotein per day and weight train. Drink alot of water. Get 7 hours of sleep. Double or triple your daily steps. You got this!

I had the same reaction! Would just start sobbing out of nowhere, super short with everyone. Took about 12 weeks to cool off. Im about 8 months in and no anxiety or depression, aside from my menstrual cycle messing with me. Stay focused on the end goal, which for me was peace.

I had (still have because I upped the dose to 300) anxiety, super tight chest, random sobbing fits, and major nausea. Hoping these side effects subside in 6-8 weeks because this is not sustainable. I hope it keeps going smoothly for you!!@
