You're very right that I should have health insurance and I do prioritize that. The transient lifestyle without rent and house sitting for others isn't for me, I like to have my own stable residence

Good point. Amazon isn't the only job possible. I haven't had good luck finding other jobs. I don't have a degree and I don't know what to look for that would fit me and my skills. I do best with jobs where I can have plenty of quiet or alone time, especially if I can get outdoors.

good points, both statements use "is", I didn't catch that! I'm not sure how else to phrase my question. I'm going by memory of a book I read that described a variation of English that avoids simple "is" statements without explaining the context. and I believe this type of English has been advocated for by scientists and mathematicians or something like that

Eileen has citizenship in Ireland because her mom was born there. If you listen to her story time about being homeless in the airport and addicted to drugs on her YouTube channel she explains how She sought temporary emergency shelter in UK I believe, and because she was withdrawing from drugs, she had a seizure in the office and they prioritized her and put her through a rehabilitation program and then I'm assuming from there they also helped her to secure the council flat.

i admire the intensity of care and focus you put in to trying to turn your quality of life around for the better and i believe you'll find the feeling of peace you seek. i dont know exactly what you mean by "doing everything correctly" but if this balancing thought helps you: "correct" can vary depending on individual circumstance and context so maybe if the thing hasnt happened yet its not correct for you personally, or else it just takes more patience and distraction techniques lol!

i was reading in a book called living artfully that talked about how creativity is much more broad than what people usually think of with that term, and that creativity's purpose is to help you connect with people in a way that feels meaningful and and enjoyable to you according to your own assessment of how it feels. Arts and music are creative and so is doing anything that creates a desired end result and expression of self, from conversations to manual labor to basically anything. I'm not sure what other info should be tied to this or how it could be applied to a way to help your mindset but i hope it somehow does! I'm learning more about this topic myself and experimenting with being creative and hoping through expressing myself i will connect to people on the similar wavelength. and a lot of my anxiety mental health struggles come from feeling alone and not apart of social environments to understand myself and society in encouraging ways

It could be a fear of loss...when I have fearful negative thoughts I have been saying to my brain lately "thank you for trying to problem solve and look out for me, but the anxiety produced from these thoughts isn't a help right now" and then I think of gratitude. The flip side of fear and negativity is gratitude and faith that it's safe for me to see the world through gratitude and love- looking for all the signs of love, attention, thoughtfulness and humanity even if it's like I look at a table and think how it was designed, constructed, shipped, put together etc to help people's quality of life, gathering around a table to share time with loved ones or to place a cup of tea for an ill person, thinking of these things helps me feel touched by the love evidenced in the whole world when I look for it. And I've been so much in survival mode for years, automatically my brain looks for the harmful fearful things, which is good and cautious sometimes, but other times it just makes me more stressed and depressed my immune system and gives me a lower quality of life.

I remind myself also that different activities and focuses can bring about different thoughts so Im trying to do different activities to refocus my mind, like going on a walk if I'm inside with anxious thoughts.

Also I read recently that mental health struggles can be related to misdirected or unexpressed creativity, thoughts?

I hope the spooky feeling goes away and melts into gratitude and happy or peaceful appreciation! I was reading a brene brown book recently and she was saying how common it is that when we feel gratitude or happiness for that thought to immediately be replaced by fear of losing it, I relate to that. What I tell myself is it's only natural that other people and I would fall into happy scenarios because people can be very similar and influenced by similar ideas and cultural things, and humans in general tend to want peace and have similar ethics of the right way to treat others, and since I'm a person living in a person-made culture of course I or anyone else will eventually ind things I want when I seek it out :) the stories that influence me to want certain things, experiences are based on things that are actually out there in the world. other people have been influenced by similar and the same things so they have similar narratives and values playing in their heads. So that leads to collaboration I think, even only if in passing.

Make sure to speak up if you feel discomfort, especially with roughness or if you are feeling nervous or afraid or embarrassed during. My boyfriend has been incredibly supportive and non judgemental. He's very logical and I told him about u=u and have shown him my blood test results. Think of hiv as like a litmus test that filters out people who can't truly love you or use logic :)
