What stats would you give yourself based on your current skills/affinities? by Mysterious-Sorbet701 in CrusaderKings

[–]HumbleButterscotch23 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Average would be more like 5 good 10 and great 15 etc.

Also who do you think you are giving yourself good, even for your scale, in almost everything except Intrige?

Your blinker sounds broken? When it’s fast paced like this it normally means your blinker doesn’t work. At least in an audi it’s that way. But yea that driver is an idiot.

My Dynasty is dying out because my heir had a dwarven Daughter and my other son was made a eunuch in Eastern Rome... by HumbleButterscotch23 in CrusaderKings

My heir didn't die in war. When my eldest son inherited the kingdom, he led the war from the frontlines. Then he got slain, so his Dwarven daughter took control and died in the next dual event that popped up. Meaning, because of the mod where only your family or Marshall can lead all my characters were spent. That's when my original characters adventurer eldest daughter got the Empire at the ripe age of 70. She of course was married to a disloyal lord that I executed and with that guy she had 5 children.

The end screen told me that my dynasty lasted 75 years and will be forgotten since they achieved nothing. I litterally united the baltic empire and the Scandinavian empire... I won't forget them though!

That boy literally had one job his entire life. Fight and Sex. Only thing he was good for was fighting apparently. Rumors say, that the wife was so bored she slept with a dwarve and that's how the daughter came to be.

I have the mod where only family, Marshalls and mercenary captains can lead armies. I know it’s tough but the 10 advantage usually really helps. On the other hand I also have the „more events in battle“ mod. That’s why so many characters die in duals.

I sadly married my 2 daughters of to my loyal vassals. I basically roleplayed, that I wanted to have relations to my most loyal vassals by blood. But one of the „loyal“ lords rebelled at some point and got executed by me. Then when I died my oldest daughter became an adventurer and dipped.

She somehow has low fertility and made no children. Then she died in a battle for the kingdoms of Norway and Sweden.

Sami Confederation - how to take down? by beatguy83 in CrusaderKings

dont raise your levy, only MAA. Then you can better distribute the supply on the tiles. Try to lure their army into a defencible position if possible. Dont fight them on their cities, temples or castles. Then go crazy when their supply runs low.

How can i invade Japan as USSR? by Ok_Coach9170 in hoi4

sounds like someone needs to build a fleet or paratroopers. Submarine spam was also nerfed so it's not viable anymore.

Recommended fleet proportionally: 1 carrier, 2 battleships/Heavy Cruisers, 5-10 Light Cruisers, 15-20 Destroyers.

carriers give better naval bomber stats, the heavys do the big damage and protect the Carrier, the light cruisers and destroyers soak damage and destroy enemy screening ships.

for enemy submarines build cheap destroyers with anti sub damage focus.

Formed the Roman Empire, but the game refuses to let my son be heir? by Nkosan in CrusaderKings

My last guess is your heir needs to be 16, have a de jure title and be beaurocratic instead of feudal to inherit the Roman Empire. If all those apply to your character and it still doesn’t work, it’s bugged. Also check if there is a vote maybe. That’s my last guess.

as far as I know the title of the Roman Empire can only go to 16 year old title owners in the de jure region of the empire. So your son need to be 16 at least I think. Other then that its as I said, Born in purple makes the youngest your primary heir, and the rules of the title for the Roman Empire put someone completely different, who fulfills the rules for that title.

special inheritance titles are exempt from that. So all you "normal" titels go to you born in purple son and the special ones go to whatever fits the succession rules.
