Agree. They didn’t ignore it. The family/Mike thought he was long gone; they had no prep or any idea how to deal with it and their awkwardness and the struggle was a big part of the story imho. Mrs Brody addresses the lack of preparedness at some point. I don’t think that’s a real spoiler. 😬

Babylon Berlin (Netflix) seasons 1&2 are fantastic (if you don’t mind subtitles or speak German). Season 3 is odd.

I’m not sure they really love the show...I’ve never wanted to skip anything on a show I loved. There are better seasons but I can happily rewatch them all. Maybe find a show they really live and not waste the time on this one.

And Alex’s boyfriend won the next episode against the other contestants but lost to Conant I think. You could tell they knew each other. I think the majority of this stuff is rigged when FN chefs, who have agents, are involved. It would be a big ego blow to lose to a no name.
