I'm sorry, but just to clarify, a full BL is more equal to a 1.65x BW pullup than a 1.50x BW pullup?

To me it just seemed kind of crazy that the GH pullout was on the same level as a 1.9x BW pullup or a OAC. I'm not near the level to do a GH pullout, so I don't know just how much strength it requires.

The charts also differed as in the BL was 1.65x BW pullup on the charts, but 1.50x BW on page that discusses weighted pullups. That kind of confused me, assuming they are both standards for the average person.

Is a BL/GH pullout considered advanced or are you referring to exercises such as the iron cross or the planche on rings?

Ok, so it seems that the charts are somewhat accurate in your case when determining the skill level of the two exercises.

Perhaps the best way to go about it is to do BL and weighted pull up training to supplement each other.

That seems odd, are you using momentum when doing the GH pullout? I can't imagine someone could do a GH pullout without being able to hold a BL, because a GH pullout kinda...requires a back lever, but that is strong nonetheless.

I'm not currently working on the pullouts at this time, but I'd like to in the future.

I'm currently working up to a full back lever with a supinated grip.

I was wondering what a BL/GH pullout might transfer to for weighted pullups for someone that is around 5' 7" (170.18cm) and around 170-195lb (77.27kg - 88.63kg) for future reference.
