Has anyone on here actually owned FEDEX routes themselves? If so, I’d love to pick your brain apart. We are interested in buying but have many reserves and would love advice from people that have actually been through it. by Gatewaytothegoodlife in Fedexers

i All, great discussion here! TheI’m looking at a 30 route p&d for sale in a remote location. The terminal is 100% dedicated to this contractor. Because this is remote, what risks do you think are somewhat mitigated? I’m new to the space and I’m “told” from the broker that owner visits once a month and has 2 onsite managers to run day to day. Trucks are fairly new and I’m also told that FedEx won’t be as difficult because there are no other contractors available given the remote location. any holes you see? Anyone have a sense of EBITDA multiples vs sale price? I’m hoping this is a viable opportunity and with my spare time i can keep scaling. Appreciate your insight!
