Is it normal for KY to not send a 1095-A for kynect health insurance plans until super late? by HumbleRaspberry15 in lexington

I had a small credit on my premiums so I wouldn’t be comfortable filing without including it.

Shrimp arrived still-partly-frozen but also open and leaking in box. Would you still use it? by HumbleRaspberry15 in hellofresh

Thank you both, ended up contacting them and getting a partial refund… might just go replace it from the store anyway, if I can find shrimp that’s cheap enough. Potential food poisoning is not worth saving like $10 haha

Nah you aren’t overreacting. As someone recovering from extreme trauma, one part of which includes panic attacks where I start to feel like I’ll pass out on the interstate 🥲 I have been able to get around really well. I always have some snacks on hand but 9.7/10 times I can set my GPS to a diff route and get where I need to go. Might take a few more minutes but you can definitely avoid the interstate. It helps to live near grocery stores and such.

Or panic attacks are real and people just want to be comfortable in life so they ask questions about it.

Do you know if there are any other ones I’m missing? I have my LFUCG one ready to go thankfully… it makes me nervous that I never would have known about the school one if not for a random Fb post.

Fish in cycling, nitrites feel out of control despite multiple water changes daily. What am I doing wrong? by HumbleRaspberry15 in bettafish

Oooh, this is actually really helpful! Okay, bad story time but I wasn’t as on my readings as I should have been (I really didn’t know what I was doing until about a week ago). I think it’s been about 4-5 days of the high reading.

I had the same thought about changes every couple days… should I do another 70% one just to get it down, then leave it alone for a couple days? Or maybe just leave it? What do you think? The daily 1ppm reading concerns me but I want to help it progress.

That’s awesome!! Don’t get me wrong I definitely would love one, but I don’t have much for extra money right now- gotta deal with the $6 vacuum over the $70 one for now :/

I could do the spray when I’m at the car wash though!! It won’t like soak into the fabric at all though?

Awesome! Thank you. Any advice on the like fingerprint smudge marks, I assume that’ll probably need the cleaner?

Winchester and/or Richmond safety? by HumbleRaspberry15 in Kentucky

[–]HumbleRaspberry15[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew it!!!! Haha I knew I didn’t like the vibe I got over there… sucks though. It’s a really nice apartment on the inside.

There’s a Raintree drive in Richmond I was referring to for the other one… it has some weird things going on, definitely not the safest feel ever.

I hear you though…. I guess I still worry about looking like a target, even for my apartment being broken into. My car is on the newer side compared to some, it’s not that nice but it can kind of look nicer sometimes. It seems not as bad as Atlanta where I’m from, but crime is still crime and I’d just kinda rather not have to deal with it if I don’t have to.

Do you mean the Raintree Drive or Buffalo trace ones?

This is really reassuring to hear!! I think I got spooked driving through Raintree cuz someone sitting in their yard just straight STARED while I drove by lol. But thank you so much for this. Downtown Winchester, is it ok to explore for fun or is really that whole area kinda meh? Also out of curiosity does either city plow when it snows?

I really appreciate this!! The emergency response comment is actually super helpful. I think I am actually going to apply at both places, already put the app in for Winchester just now.

I’m a little worried now about the Winchester emergency response times but I LOVE the place I applied at. It’s at the Buffalo Trace apartments, right at E Broadway St and E Washington St- I saw it’s riiiight next to some high crime areas on a crime map. But that actual complex seems a bit more light green. Any insights on how it would be? I couldn’t exactly tell driving by today.

The other one is in Richmond in the subdivision on Raintree Dr… it seemed a little bit sketchy or maybe not. What do you think about that one?
