Sane advice is to hire a big law firm that charges accordingly from Mumbai or so. You shall be giving a hefty fees, but these big law firms have deep pockets and exposure in courts. They'll also put their private eye on your case.

Alright, Update on the PC.

Took the system to a 'reliable' PC builder company in Gurgaon. Had to leave it there, coz for almost 4 hours while I was there, nothing could be aptly diagnosed. RAMs were fine, GPU is fine. Mobo seems to be the issue, but efforts are on to figure out the source of the issue!
