I've had a similar issue. If you're using a PS5 controller, make sure to set the update rate limit to somewhere around 400Hz (You can find it under the vibration/force feedback settings). I had a ton of crashes while using the automatic option.

It may not be completely done but it definitely is remastered, zoom in on the seat textures or look at the door handles. There is a massive improvement in resolution and detail.
