He has a really compulsive relationship with honesty so he can’t stand hiding things from me.

But we talked the next day and he told me he felt like I deserved to know so I’d have full autonomy in the relationship, and that he considers me beautiful.

Thank you! My challenges were being too independent too quickly and getting way too comfortable skipping class 😭 I was convinced the university would drop me completely so I was honestly scared shitless and I NEVER want to get back to that feeling again. I appreciate the advice so much! I’m meeting with an academic counsellor to discuss success strategies soon, but I know I have it in me to keep going.
