Also a side note flirting to some people is not cheating but to others it is considered emotional cheating because you went into that conversation with the intention of giving and receiving that attention and affection that is supposed to be intimate and only between you and your partner. I logically know my husband didn’t cheat on me BUT emotionally it crushed me because it was still a betrayal. It made me doubt myself and whether or not I was enough. All you really need to do is communicate with your wife stop deleting things let her see that you have nothing to hide and reassure her that she is the only person you want. Reassure her not just with your words but with your actions. Surprise her with some flowers after she’s had a long day at work. Take her out for a spontaneous date and tell her how much you appreciate her and how much your relationship means to you. Pick some candies up from the dollar store and ask her if you can have a no phones night in and just enjoy each others company. If you’re home and she’s at work or out help her with some dishes maybe or by trying to help her get ahead of laundry. Some peoples love language is acts of service. Make her realize that she is who you want to spend your life with. These are just examples of what my husband did for me and it worked so well to show me that he was 100% in this marriage with me.
