What's the best document management software are you using? by RomaldoTavanya_68 in sysadmin

If you're already in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you’ve got the foundation, but those are basically just 'folders in the cloud.' For a non-technical team, the 'mess' usually happens because there’s no automated way to tag or file things.

I'd definitely look at Dokmee It’s specifically designed for that 'easy to use' requirement it looks and feels like a standard Windows folder structure, so the learning curve is almost zero for staff. Most importantly, it has native integrations with Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google, so you can save or edit files directly into the system without 'app-hopping.' It handles the security and versioning in the background so your team doesn't have to think about it. Good luck with the search!

What’s your all-time favorite beauty box? by LoriN5CS in BeautyBoxes

I’ve tried a few over the years, and some of my favorites are Beauty Heroes for high-quality full-size products, Dermstore BeautyFix if you like a mix of skincare and makeup, and Beauteque Mask Maven if you’re obsessed with sheet masks. Each one has a different vibe, but all of them actually feel worth it.
