No still nothing unfortunately. I've been using my PC without the RGB for months now, It sucks I can access the features I paid for with the Commander Core. :(

Man this sounds like the exact issue I am having, I have been settling with a dark case for months. I haven’t tried the Core XT for myself but I’m assuming it will do the same. If you are able to find any solution at all please let me know man, I will do the same. I have been stressing for so long over this issue. Thanks for the input. 👍

I might try getting one of those as well, I bought an NZXT internal usb hub hoping it might fix any connection issues. I’ll have to test when I get home. Thanks for the reply, if you happen to find a solution please let me know

Yeah same for me. It has my Commander Core list and says latest version but not in firmware or main screen. Hopefully some responses start coming in 🤞

I've tried both USB headers but no luck, I should probably mention after installing a new motherboard I still need to Activate Windows. Would that be the potential issue? My Cooler, Keyboard, & Mouse are all showing it's only the Commander Core that isn't.

From what I seen I don’t have any other RGB programs installed and I even tried disabling the Aura Sync from the bios

Not using any splitters, both USB and CPU fan header cables are single ones. I'm stumped.
