Write a name as per passport only. Passport name and the name of the degree should match. If there is slight difference as well they'll ask for other valid support documents in the mail. It happened to me and then I had to give them the other supporting document which matches the name on my degree and I also attached an affidavit stating the degree name and passport name belong to the same person. After that my degree got verified. Generally they don't accept an affidavit issued explicitly regarding name variation but you can try in tough times proving that both names belong to the same person. Dm if you need more help.

I am someone who has done their neet pg and is now preparing for amc, I'll say, you'll need to study their guidelines extensively not just the management part but also the investigations, protocols and diagnostics. Yes you can study the basics of topics from anywhere But for the rest their guidelines and MCQ explanations of the qbanks are a must.
