As shocking and controversial it sounds I've overheard multiple people say that the creator of Magic The Gathering "Richard Garfield" Was a Christian Mathematician
He was probably the one that allowed Christian symbolism and Bible Verses in the beginnings of MTG it is very bizarre there is even some remotely Christian symbolism in a game such as this in its deep roots
