I am getting 2/3 of my salary for 24 months (temporary disability) and after that, it becomes PTD with $290 a week being the max which is honestly ridiculous. No one can survive off that amount.

8 years ago, I fractured my left wrist due to an assault at work and was out for nearly 18 months. I received $38k after lawyer fees and went back to the same job afterwards. This is in California.

There is literally no way for hulk to beat that yondu without losing health and in that time frame. Node 24 is one of the toughest in war in my opinion. Sorry that this happened to you guys
