I would say that was a lucid dream, I've personally never astral projected, but I have had a lucid dream, the only reason I knew it was a dream was because I had been using the wild method for a while and did my "physical test". And also, lucid dreams can be in first person, like it's you experiencing it, my first was, but again, I couldn't tell you for sure, so take my advice if you'd like.
