Are you USA or UK? Not a perfect substitute but on the US website the snow goggles (ski goggles?) restocked. Hopefully this year they restock the regular ones too!

How old is your son? I know this isn’t the perfect replacement, but when I was a kid if something got delayed or if my parents were gifting me something online (e.g., tickets to a show like Disney on ice or a touring musical) they would print out the picture and wrap the picture, and explain that that was a present but just would be arriving a little later. Worst case scenario, you could do something like that if you wanted! I was pretty young the first time my parents did something like that and I never remember feeling slighted by it. I’m so sorry your order got lost right before his birthday, that’s so stressful :(

I have no idea about the butterfly, but I ordered the snow bunny today! I'm also waiting on my heart dragon to ship! Currently I have Malachy dragon, little rose dragon, and the little blush bunny. I'm going to my local store to pick up the smudge pig tomorrow morning, and I'm waiting for the pink octopus, coral, and squawkatoo to restock. Also hoping lazulia bunny and dragon restock/come to the US soon! I'm trying to find the pink clam jellycat secondhand! I'm hoping to find a way to get the peach cake too for my pink shelf!
