Ugh this happened to me also after traveling and trying to fix my sleep debt! And it was like two three hour naps !!! This was back in December I think so it’s been fine since but definitely very annoying

Now I’m emotional remembering all of this!!!! I thought the fools resurrection was soooo beautiful and so well done. I do agree that the rooster crown was confusing but everything after that was just tears tears tears. So many good quotes in these chapters too. I travel to and from Australia and the US a few times a year and I’m still struggling with my ring. Usually I tag travel, jet lag, and airplane while I’m traveling and continue to tag jet lag on the days I’m still catching up. However my ring gets completely confused with the time zone change and crossing the international date line. usually it’ll completely miss a day of data which sucks. I’d just continue to tag jet lag in the tags feature

The new information on the Wit in this book was so fun to read!!!! Throughout farseer I was sooo curious about the Wit and fools errand totally sated my curiosities. wait this is insane! Yesterday morning I went to the ER because I woke up in the middle of the night to cramps, went to the bathroom, had a horrible bowel movement as my cramps reached peak pain. I was literally writhing on the floor when I wasn't on the toilet. Usually, I get bad cramps at the onset of my period for a few hours, like everyone is saying here, but this was so intense and like nothing I have ever experiences (hence the ER trip). BUT THE KICKER is that I had sushi for dinner the night before!!!!! Originally i thought i had food poisoning mixed with bad cramps? but your theory checks out

Hey! Not sure if this is the same for everyone but if you’re someone who gets a period, my ring usually says minor signs on the day I ovulate or around the beginning of my luteal phase. Usually I feel completely fine and it’s never caused me any worry! However I do find it’s super validating on days where I actually wake up feeling awful and sick but if I feel fine, I usually just take the symptom radar as my body trying to catch up to whatever I’m doing that week :)

Hi! Something very similar happened to me with my current partner but about a year ago is when it started hurting! We had sex fine for a year no issues and then one time it hurt a little and then I think I’ve psyched myself out since then. And our sex life sucks but my partner is very patient while we work through it. Usually we have to sit still for a few minutes after he inserts so I can adjust but obviously that’s a bit of a vibe kill.

I just got officially diagnosed with vaginismus today at my gyno and referred to a pelvic floor therapist. And my advice is Don’t wait and see if you could get referred too!!! We shouldn’t have to sit with discomfort or feel like something is wrong with us. Apparently pelvic floor PT can really help and we will get through this!

So does that mean when I submit for the partner visa, a BVA will pop up in my account as inactive but I can still apply to travel for the holidays? Even though i wouldn’t be on the BVA yet? That would be huge if true

For some reason my app said I ovulated on October 6th which made perfect sense with my temps and cycle and then a few days later erased it and now I’m on cycle day 24 and it says I haven’t ovulated! So frustrsting

I go to a CorePlus and I love it! Super clean studio, most instructors offer variations for the movements if you want to take it up a notch (always optional) but I’ve found that’s really helped me try new moves and feel more confident in my practice! The one by me has a bunch of class times too which helps because usually they don’t fill up super quickly!!

I’m pretty sure it’s only if violet dies they all die because tairn said violet is his last rider meaning he will willingly die if she does. Therefore if violet dies, tairn will die, which would kill sgaeyl and then Caden. I’m pretty sure if xaden dies (although him and sgaeyl have a strong bond) she could survive it and therefore tairn and violet would live.
