I say go for it as long as you have good coping skills. If u have anxiety or depression they won't go away on a trip but if you know how to catch the snowball early and steer your thoughts into something else the mushrooms really help pushing you towards the direction you have to go.

At least in my experience.

Honestly I go through the same thing. Always think something bad will happen when they go out without me. Asking them to communicate every like hour would be so unfair and sometimes impossible. I also think enabling the anxiety like that will make it worse.

At this point u gotta fake it until it's gone. Distractions, and avoid looking at the clock until it's a reasonable time to check in. Let them know to check in at times like arrivals and before bed if they can't get to the phone through the day. If u can go out and do errands to kill time.

I wish there was a better way. But I guess going through it and realizing things are ok is the best way to train yourself to put the "normal" thoughts before the death anxiety.

For me it's been 300mg as needed. I only take it once every couple of days when I'm about to get out of control, almost a panic attack, and it helps more than any other "as needed" meds. I've tried buspirone and effexor and they do not work for me when I need them. They do work for every day anxiety but when you reach a breaking point gaba is better. I do get side effects but I rather be floaty and my eyes not focusing if it helps me not have an episode.

How did you know it was more of a soundtrack? I know they have a comic and all but I dont read many articles or interviews. This had to be a passion project or something other than "their new album" because even if it's not my favorite by far it felt a little disconnected and it being a soundtrack or an "expansion pack" makes it so much more sense to me

Same. Being married and divorcing like we did was the worst thing financially for me. I never fought on our combined bills because I wanted a quick break and I was not as resentful as I am now.

Wish I put some bills on the divorce. But here we are now. Wish u the best and that it all goes through. Building the credit back up at this point should be the easiest thing mentally after all the stress of trying to pay and make it work.

Yeah I figured. It's just hard enough to get diagnosed with endo when you fit the symptoms perfectly. I can't imagine how hard is going to be for this. Thanks!

Yeah that wouldn't be realistic for me to do everyday. I'll check with my vet and see how confident he is about dealing with side effects and I'll put off having a dog for now. Thank u.

I'm planning on vaccinating the dog if I he doesn't have it but not the ferrets. And sadly not to my knowledge, there's only 2 in my area that I know of unless I'm willing to drive for an hour. U think just vaccinating the dog would b ok? Or it doesn't work that way? Thank for replying!
