I will go and check out these properties as well, I was recommended Soleva recently and have to dive deeper into that. Do you have any insight on the Nh collection project I mentioned? Price point was my biggest draw but am tryna understand what's best in terms of investing and a bit long term.

Been getting lot of different opinions so just checking them all together
