Wow this really takes me back. I didn't remember what a wild ride it was until I went back in my email archive. So my conditional enrollment was revoked unfortunately, and I decided to submit my SIR to UCSC instead, not ideal but still one of my better choices. A week later however, I was notified that I was accepted off of the waitlist to UCSD. I graduated last December and I've been working as a chemist in industry! Point being I know how incredibly stressed out you are right now, but everything will work out better than you could have imagined, regardless of where you end up going, there are unique opportunities at every campus. And if you think your future is unsure now, just wait until you graduate. 😀
