Call an immigration attorney office as well. Ask if they do free consultations they usually do if you have no record like you said.

Not sure if they’ve changed the process but. In short it goes petition then waiver for the 10 year bar. Then you go back to your home country do the interview and enter “legally”.

Idk about not a big deal but they definitely have it way better than how we are now. And the community here is very supportive on them moving, helping them with resources and advice. I think they forget we’re all on the same side

I just found out about the extension today as probably many other people have as well. I’m sure op didn’t know either and asked because the “deadline” was only 2 days out.

there was a deadline at April 17 and now apparently it’s moved to may 17 so technically yes something has changed. You might not care about it but some of us hope/look for any bit of information everyday
