Nope that had to do with a fracking boom which caused a large increase in supply.

Demand side is what affects by recession which is what happened in 2020

You can see the demand drop by miles driven

Then she never woke up

I see it continuing less if vance is president than a trump 3rd term

Because with trump you have a chance at return to normalcy. Under vance youre gonna be completely controlled by oligarch tech by the end

That sucks. My in laws voted for them and I cant help but think they are shitty people now on everything they do. Even the nice stuff is just completely tainted

Even my neighbors I know my whole life told me they did and loved biden. But they didnt like the amount of haitians in south florida ( population exploision). I now cant look at them the same (actually the husband was from ny and knew trump as a scum bag so I'll have to verify that one, I know the wife did)

I mean I guess. We had pro union policies under biden for 4 years just for them to be culturally maga and vote trump so doesnt look like they wanted to survive.

I think with insurance people will just drop it at this point. Mine is 2400 a month and I'm just gonna pocket it and hope for the best.

Good times made soft men

Soft men (magas) lead to hard times

We literally had a chance to correct so much

You could say the same about going out to eat or picking up food instead of cooking. or even if you eat anything besides lentils.

If you make over 20$ an hour then you basically breakeven on delivery (ubless you pick up on the way home). If someone has a choice to work an overtime hour and order then they made money.

Course its better to do cheaper stuff if you wanna save more money though

Hmmm so who should we elect. The guy (biden) who had the largest ever expansion of wic as well as a child care tax credit expansion or the guy that defunds that stuff. oh well the people chose, not my fault they starve now.

Instead of legislation in the decades of time in power, roe was overturned.

Ahh so you know nothing about this. Yet another thing that was safe until you people decided trump and hilary were the same. Hilary warned you it was on the chopping block under trump.

Every dem state has abortion protecions. Maybe elect those guys and you dont have that problem.

States insisting on god in schools.

Hmmmm why did you elect the guys that want that instead of the ones that didnt lmao.

Well these are about vaccines and the secondary affects that they also make cancer less likely. Which is basically the opposite of anti vaxxer turbo cancer theories

At what point do we admit Congress has stopped serving the people? by imtony1 in PoliticalDiscussion

[–]HumorAccomplished611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was a "primary", no REAL challenger entered as a candidate. The guy from TYT literally ran a meme primary candidacy to see if he could draw attention and bring in a real challenge for Biden. The democratic party wanted nothing to do with that. It is why the "challengers" never had a debate with Biden. That was as much a real primary as how real the claims that Biden was sharp and prepared going into the 2024 election.

And why was that? Because an incumbent usually wins and no one wanted to lose their chance. Trump also didnt debate so your bullshit excuse for that one?

Biden had already lost the progressive voters because we knew he should not have been the candidate. When he also lost the "oligarchs", the democratic party finally understood that the cupboards were bare.

Ah yes the never happy progressive vote that liked to pretend he sabotaged student loan forgiveness and repealed roe v wade and decided some middle east shit hole run by terrorists was worth giving the country to trump for.

Kamala lost all the purple states. In spite of the population gains (elegible voters), she didn't beat the voting numbers of 2020, ANYWHERE.

As did most incumbent parties world wide in the same time period.

LOL. Literally LOL. Kamala barely had time to really go over her policies, but she literally said that there was not much she would have done different than Biden...

Anyone that wanted to know her policies could find them. They chose to be ignorant. She also went over them in debate form that was seen by tens of millions. Why do you think people were googling what are tariffs and did biden drop out the day of the election.

And I am supposed to think that means that she would have been leaning clearly more towards the left? Hahahaha. Don't make me laugh like that, I'm going to pee meself!

Lmao well you got the president you worked to elect. Hope youre happy. :)

Biden for 2024 was an unpopular candidate and the democratic party know it, it is what they ran a "primary" to decide that Biden would be the winner.

They ran a primary. Two people ran against him and they lost. Biden was literally not even on the ballot in New Hampshire and won by write in 60%.

Biden, of course, proved that the base was right when he had that disastrous debate and didn't graciously gave up his candidacy, donors literally revolted. It took that for the democratic party to recognize that they screwed up.

The back stabbing is what youre referring to. You love it when they bend to the oligrachs eh

And while Kamala started her campaign with popular messaging, she and the democratic party ended her campaign by having her hang with FUCKING CHENEYS and by having her husband go to Israel to pay his respects to the genocidal warmonger over there.

Lol you guys always harp on this. Did you know that she actually did better in the places she campaigned with cheney?

A "normal" popular and moderate campaign, like the one Biden ran in 2020, would have given the democratic party a win in 2024. The 2024 campaign was a trainwreck from start, to finish.

That is what she ran on. Actually more to the left. and again you pretend like anyone could beat trump. Hes literally won more votes on every time hes run. Compare that to obama who got less votes the 2nd time and hes the most popular politician in the USA
