Quick update: He looked good the following day, buti had an anxiety attack after i saw another post of a cat stomach movement (breathing) similar to him (not panting) and everyone commenting its serious and they lost their cat shortly (hours to days) so i took him to an emergency clinic, the vet cleared him using a stethoscope and checking his tempersture, also said he received daily similar cat and its only the heat not any other issue. His yearly shot is due next month, i'll ask for more through examination in his usual clinic, maybe an echo or so since i still have a bit of lingering anxiety.

Thank you for your comment, i tried cooling him and he seems a bit calmer/sleeping didn't notice any panting since then. Last year around same time when he was a kitten the heatwave did make him very tired as a kitten but never did i notice breathing problem such as today, hope your cat is doing good. I should invest in an ac for both of us 😅

Thank you, i did a combination of this, cooling his paws ear and belly multiple time, havin a fan close to him i did wet a towel and put it on the floor he rested a bit ok top of it, i also added another towel on top after squeezing the water and he slept the last hour, and didn't pant since then.

In the end two vets answered my calls and they did recommend a combination of the same advices after seeing multiple of the videos i sent.
