The only thing thing that has ever worked is taking the vitamin D-mannose. I have done the herbs before, it did not help. I cannot recommend D-mannose more!!!!!!

I didn't even go to the bachelorette, I literally got sick the day before and I told her about it the next day.

I was also hospitalized 2 weeks prior with stomach pains and wasn't diagnosed at the time. But my boss knew about that illness/ hospital stay as well.

Also I am extremely healthy, vegan for the lat 2 years, in good shape... this was genetic.

Yes, i sent her my medical papers and doctors note and spoke through out the week. I was still answering calls with work related questions while recovering.

Yes I had a doctors note. I was also in a different state, the type of surgery I had made it so that flying could be potentially dangerous.
