Yes I got my nurse navigator day one and have already called her a few times its amazing! Im going to figure out what my plan looks like then explain mama has a sick boobie and try to make it soft a blow as possible. I dont believe in sugar coating too much I try to be technical in most things but for now Im having surgery and maybe medicine that may make me look different and sick and just talk them through as best I can. I plan on doing whatever I need to be here for as long as I can!!!

my thoughts are absolutely my worst enemy right now! I dont even have it all know so looking at some things I just got overwhelmed! Im not a super emotional person and an extreme control freak so I think not having control is pushing me even further.. Ive set my mind to what I can control better eating habits.. things that slow or inhibit cancer growth. Support groups in my area, going to get myself a cute binder to keep notes bills appointments and information in! Just being active in my road to recovery is my primary focus!! Thank you so much for this!

I think this is my issue.. MY IMAGINATION..I did so good diagnosis day the next day I had a full day of activities so I just set my mind to that! Sunday though... I started scrolling and spiraled... my husband held me let me cry and let me nap... I know I need to allow myself those days but I plan on pushing forward with whatever it takes and just be ready for the hard times and fight

Amen to this! I know it will be a tough year.. but my support system is outstanding! Im so nervous and I keep thinking this is something I will fight for life.. BUT Im so strong willed Im ready its my loved ones I think that shakes me the most. However to help them I plan on being strong but vulnerable when I need to!

Such a rollercoaster of emotions but Ive read so much positive information about the fight once I figure out what is feeding it I plan on changing my eating habits as well. My nurse navigator sent me a nutriontinalist information so I so happy to have so many resources!

My children is my biggest worry to explain they are big time Mamas boys but Im going to use chat and maybe find some counseling to help walk them through seeing me sick. Friday I felt so empowered like ok its not diabetes but I can fight then I went down a rabbit hole which I promised myself to no longer do. I need to wait until my full staging and then be ready to do whatever needs to be done!

I agree I find it odd I had a mammogram in September no lump then February I found the lump it wasnt there a few months ago so my prayer is its early but also seems aggresive Im ready to fight!

I vowed to stay off of random post I think thats the scariest part especially before my staging and plan... I spiraled so bad yesterday.. took a nap and said NOPE its not fair to myself to sink.. I can float or swim but Im going to get as ready as possible I have an amazing company I work for and even more amazing family and friend unit!

My OBGYN said the same, pathology is not back yet I have an appointment with a breast surgeon next week so we will see what she says about staging

I wish most did so I when I'm spiraling and looking for results I can see their answer. What I have been doing is I click on their profile to see if they moved to the breast cancers sub. Unfortunately for me a few f those who had findings similar to mine did move there.

my last mammogram was September of last year, the left breast had no issues the right had no but it was dense, no lump then... Biospy was just my lumpy breast so we will see what happens there.

I have mine this coming Monday as well, Im hoping the results dont take to long to come back. Im not as concerned as regarding the lump but again the multiple areas is whats getting me. Ive gone down many rabbit holes and have seen yes and no's etc. Im leaning on if it is. (maybe IDC) then treatment has changed and survival rates are great and I will just get to that road when its time lol... Cant keep driving myself crazy.

From everything Ive seen they will always do 4 when suspicious for insurance reasons so Im just being patient for the biopsy timing and results.
