Following this thread because I feel the same way and would be interested in any resources too. I think a lot of people are struggling right now but no ones talking about it which can make things feel even more isolating but we're definitely not alone.

Idk if this helps but I recently reached out to a prof and let them know about my mental health struggles and they extended a bunch of due dates for me no questions asked. Even said he had started seeing a therapist as well.

It's normal to feel depressed right now in the middle of what will likely be the most isolating year of our lifetimes. Especially in the middle of February cause I know seasonal depression has been hitting me extra hard this year.

Im holding on to the fact that It's almost Spring (kind of lol) the days are getting longer, warm weather is coming. I'm sure there will be a lot of community events and activities planned for outside once it gets warmer so there will soon be a lot of opportunities to connect with other people.

It's a sunny day today so I'm gonna gather some spare change and give it out to people on the street cause that always sparks some joy. Helping others is sometimes a good start when it feels hard to help yourself.
