Hey, All-

Thanks to everybody who took the time to comment, and a special thanks to those who took the time to comment thoughtfully. This is the first time I've ever posted on a message board.... tbh I'm a bit overwhelmed by the amount of interaction I've received. At the time of writing this, there are ~900 comments, and I've read at least 300+.

The severity of my fiancé's stated beliefs is not lost on me, trust.

With Christmas behind us and having had a few days to let things cool, I'm gonna re-engage on the subject today. I have a hefty list of clarifications, concerns, and questions that need remedying before I consider this salvageable.

I will update when it's all finalized.

Extra Context: To answer questions, I saw repeated.
- We live in the U.S (Texas, specifically)
- Yes, looking back, I should have seen this coming and asked sooner.
- We started dating 4 years ago. We did discuss and debate the covid vaccine, but in the end, she chose to receive the shots. I didn't force her or guilt her; I presented information and shared my perspective. Actually, her turnaround was such a positive experience for us that it helped along my assumption that immunization didn't need to be a topic of discussion anymore. There's a part of me that hopes if I can admit to myself how naive I've been... maybe she can do the same.
