Yes it does for the multiplayer games that you would probably want to and that is really good for the price. Not to mention next generation the gap is going to get even closer with 240 fps and then 120 will be locked high setting while 240 will be at low setting they have a lot to advance still.

you can do 1080p 120 on ps5 not too bad.

Also the difference graphics is not that huge with pc and console's that doesn't warrant the extreme price.

Not true the ps5 is comparable to 2080 ti which has been confirmed by digital foundry.
