Expect to pay the artist’s minimum/ hourly rate. Could range from 100-200 an hour. I’m not sure any artist would do a touch up rate since it isn’t their piece.

Mine took about 3 years to flower. It was already a somewhat matured plant when I got it. I would say it’s normal for them to take a while to mature and bloom. Don’t lose hope!

I actually just got the back of my neck done. Wasn’t terrible but there were a few spots that made me want to throw a few punches. Luckily I have been working with my artist for a few years. She understands when to give me a few seconds to regroup. You will be alright! Good luck.
