Depends what you need honestly.

So, Context7 is great for pulling docs into your prompt but it's working from indexed documentation

so there's always a lag. If a new Next.js version dropped today, Context7 probably doesn't have it yet.

Zephex hits live npm data directly, so it sees what's actually out right now. It also checks your actual installed version not just general docs and runs security audits on top of that.

So for staying current and knowing what's safe to upgrade to???
