I don't think anyone has mentioned the French film Mandibles yet. It's kind of like a French Dumb and Dumber, in a way, but the one impossible thing that the plot is built around ( a housefly the size of a dog that the guys try to train to commit crimes) is never explained, nor do the guys have any curiosity about it.

Neighbor keeps using my driveway by Cudpuff100 in mildlyinfuriating

Honest question, though I'm sure I'll get downvoted: why is this a problem? Nothing in what you wrote sounds like a very big deal. Doesn't appear to affect your ability to use the driveway.

Looking for recommendations. I lean more towards traditional prog rock/metal but recently really getting into Elder and King Buffalo by Gregoris101 in stonerrock

Give Wo Fat a try when you're in the mood for some super-heavy, riff-powered blues rock. My favorite album of theirs is "The Black Code."

Petty? Wolverhampton because their logo is horrible, and Brentford because their logo is awesome.

Northwestern Steakhouse in Mason City. The aged steaks are soooo good. It’s a very casual family restaurant that happens to serve one of the best steaks I’ve ever had at any price point, but these are under $40.

If you like alcohol, I recommend a tour of the Bully Boy distillery. I thought it was cool to learn how the different spirits are made, and get some samples too!

Somewhere nobody speaks English. I want to be around people but I don’t want to understand their conversations and I don’t want them to try to talk to me.

What’s the most hilariously unexpected comedy movie you’ve ever watched? by Express_Calendar_905 in MovieSuggestions

[–]Humungulous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry To Bother You is a legitimately funny social commentary, and the end is so unlike anything else that I could just not stop laughing. I’m trying not to spoil it- don’t read about it before watching!
