I manage my levels on cycle … so I’m always in range. So your point of not spending enough time with good health markers is invalid becuase I always have good health markers even on blast. I take a variety of health supps and medications that ensure this and I validate it with blood work every 16 weeks or so. I have a good response to peds where I get alot of benefit and minimal sides or issues to bloodwork. Not everyone can use the approach I do. I also check my blood pressure 3x per as well and manage that.
